DIY – works perfectly
First of all, big thank you to Bob from BS’ in the Kitchen. He told me that he made those lights himself and that he has a tutorial on the BS blog. Thank you, you made my day with this. We had a food blogger meeting (more in a separate post) and we talked about pictures and lights and such. I knew about these lights before but had no idea I could make them myself.
Tips and tricks to use this thing right.
You will find almost anything online, you will even find free tips on how to improve you photography. Any blogger, especially food blogger, will like some free advice. The following links all have a “10 tips on how to improve” list and they are all very similar. Nevertheless, it is work reading through them all.

This post is related to the food presented here but obviously it’s no recipe. I just thought I share my thoughts on food photography especially my issues with it. Let me start with what I use, which is probably very simple to some other bloggers out there.
