Snickerdoodle Cupcakes

We had a bunch of people for Easter, I figured I should provide some cupcakes.

The cupcake came from the Martha Stuart website:

You need:

– 3 cup flour
– 1 tbsp baking powder
– 1 tbsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 2 tsp vanilla
– 1 cup butter
– 1 3/4 cup sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 1/4 cup milk

Mix butter with sugar until creamy/foamy then add eggs one by one and vanilla. Mix you dry ingredients and then alternately mix dry and liquid ingredients to the butter mix. Line your cupcake form with liners or butter and dust with flour. Fill batter 3/4 full and bake at 180°C for about 20 min. Done!

For icing you can use pretty much everything. The recipe on Martha Stuart suggest a 7 min frosting I believe. I had some frosting from another project, so I used that up.
