Last year I made an Easter Wreath for my German Language class. This year I thought I revisit that recipe and see how I can improve on it. Since then and now I have actually found fresh yeast and thought I would give it a try.

Ginger Syrup
After 3 weeks of holidays in the old world a.k.a. Germany, I am slowly getting back into my kitchen, writing blog posts and taking pictures. I still have to sort through a bunch of pictures from Germany, put them into their folders and such things, post them too, make CDs fro friends, send some to my grandparents etc. There was a long weekend but alas, we watched TV shows instead (catching up with those ones). Anyway, back to my kitchen, back to baking. Christmas is around the corner…
