So the other day I had my Baking and Cooking class again. I made a pumpkin soup and one pumpkin was left over. What to do with it? A bit of brain storming at the office and I had my solution. Let me tell you, the husband was excited and loved it.

Autumn Giveaway

So after I posted the Pumpkin Spice Autumn Sandwich Cookies a friend “complained” that she didn’t have those cookie cutters. So, I thought I could do a quick little Autumn Giveaway. Pumpkin Spice Autumn Sandwich Cookies

The other day I thought about what to make for Autumn. My mind wandered around my kitchen and what type of tools and things I have there. I know there a bunch of things for Halloween, but I am not there yet. However, I wanted to make something, something that’s not pie for that matter. Finally, I remember that I have leave cookie cutters, as well as a pumpkin and acorn. They are originally for pie but great for cookies too. Now all that I had to decide for was a recipe.

Seven Grain Bagel

Some weeks back I got a “Good Food Box” which had various vegetables and fruits in it as well as a bag of 7 Grain Cereal. By the way: “The Good Food Box is an alternative food distribution system that provides a variety of top-quality, fresh, nutritious foods at an affordable price.” (via CHEP)

It’s alsmost the first day of fall but frankly, I have been in fall mode for at least a week.
